Returns & Refunds

At Milan Fashion, many of our outfits are prepared or altered according to the measurements provided by the customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for size, fit, measurements, colour preference, change of mind, or any reason unrelated to a verified product defect.

Defective, Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact Milan Fashion within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and/or a video showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by Milan Fashion, the product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

After the returned product is received and the issue is verified, Milan Fashion may provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Requests reported after 48 hours of delivery or products returned after 7 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Measurement & Alteration

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Products are prepared or altered according to the measurements provided by the customer.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for measurement, fitting, or sizing issues resulting from customer-provided measurements.

Non-Returnable Orders

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect
Products with fitting, sizing, or measurement issues
Products where the customer has changed their mind
Products where the customer does not like the colour, design, or style after purchase
Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Refunds

If a defective, damaged, or incorrect product is verified and a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Please contact Milan Fashion and receive approval before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
